Wesley Assesses Safe Return to School

Wesley Assesses Safe Return to School

We can't thank this school community enough for the flexibility and perseverance you have exhibited throughout our transition to virtual learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We have been 100% virtual since March along with all Atlanta Public Schools. We look forward to the day when we can safely welcome our boys and girls back into the building for face-to-face instruction. This will include wearing masks and social distancing for the health and safety of our staff and students.

Atlanta Public Schools recently announced a plan to return in early 2021. We are continuing to monitor reports from the CDC and the DPH and the recommendations of Atlanta Public Schools. On December 10, Wesley leadership presented a plan to return to the Wesley Board of Directors. That plan, along with parent FAQs, will be available the week of December 14 here on our website.

If you have any additional concerns, please reach out to one of our principals, Dr. Mason or Mrs. Satterfield. The health and safety of our staff and students is a top priority, and we will continue to monitor this public health situation.
