One School Under One Roof
Wesley families, welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! Although the pandemic is not completely behind us, we look forward to getting back to business. While the health and safety of our staff and our students remains top priority, this year we will continue to be focused on teaching and learning. We're so excited to move into a new era here at Wesley. A lot of exciting things will be happening this year!
Our school will be led this year by one of our schools most tenured leaders, Ms. Rachel Goodman. Ms. Goodman has been at Wesley from the very beginning and has led in both MYP/PYP programs over the last several years. This year she will bring our two schools together as ONE as the K-8 Principal. Learn more about Ms. Goodman and the exciting days ahead at Wesley. We are eager to provide greater opportunities for personal and academic growth as well as new ways to forge community with one another. We trust that our students will learn—from their teachers, staff, and one another—how to become the next generation of global ambassadors, armed with the determination and passion to change society.
The past few years have been evidence that in the midst of so many challenges in the world around us and here at the school, the Wesley Phoenix will always rise! We are a network of parents, students, staff, and community members working together in pursuit of academic excellence and growth of the whole child. We look forward to seeing all of you August 1 and to a wonderful school year ahead!

Show Your School Spirit by Supporting Wesley's Red Thread Fund!
Make sure you stop by the Red Thread Fund table to learn how the Red Thread Fund supports and nurtures the Wesley community and the school's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Red Thread Fund was created to bridge the gap between state funding and what it costs to deliver an outstanding education for Wesley's students.
Show your school spirit by joining the Red Thread Fund to support your child and the greater Wesley community! All donors who give on Wesley Welcome Day will be entered into a drawing for a Wesley Pride Pack (the winner will be announced the first week of school). Want to cross this off your to-do list, or are you unable to attend Wesley Welcome Day? We've got your back - you can donate right here NOW! As a 501(c)(3) school, all donations to the Red Thread Fund are 100% tax-deductible.
First Day of School: Monday, August 1View the 2022-23 School Calendar School Supply ListsIt's time to get those backpacks filled and ready for the new year! Carpool: DismissalWe are preparing for the new school year and wanted to send you some information (reminders for returning families) about our dismissal platform. We will continue to use the PikMyKid Dismissal Application for the 2022-23 school year. The unique features of PikMyKid allow you, as parents, to be in control of your child’s dismissal and it gives us, the school, information regarding dismissal. Whether you have an Android phone or an iPhone, visit the appropriate app store and download the PikMyKid app. Once downloaded, the process is very simple. You will verify your contact information and set up a password. As the Primary Parent, you can delegate alternate individuals, but they should have the App also as it will send a matching number to the phone for us to validate the correct person is picking up the proper child. If you are a returning Wesley parent and already have the app downloaded, you do not need to download the app again. Just simply log in to confirm that your information is correct. Next Monday, August 1 we will begin using PikMyKid.
Parents will receive a carpool tag during Wesley Welcome Day on July 28. If you are unable to attend Wesley Welcome Day, please request your number virtually by completing the online request form. As a reminder, each child in your household will receive a different carpool tag and number. You must complete a separate form for each child. After completing the form, we will email your carpool tag to you directly. For more information about PikMyKid, please view the user guide. Questions or concerns? Contact Donica Johnson. Carpool ProceduresYou can review all the pertinent carpool information in the Wesley family portal on the website and see the process through this short video. You'll get a lot of helpful information on how to use the App in the easy-to-use Parent App User Guide!
