SOLVE Childcare Financial Assistance

SOLVE scholarship is now available to families at Wesley! This will provide financial assistance to qualifying families in the form of a “SOLVE Scholarship.” Scholarships are awarded to families who meet income and approved activity requirements and have a children or young adults aged 5-12, or up to age 22 for students with qualifying disabilities, enrolled in a school system primarily providing virtual learning, where 50% or more of classroom instruction is virtual for all grade levels kindergarten through grade 7.

Scholarships can be used at licensed child care learning centers, family child care learning homes, and providers with an approved day camp exemption. Other types of providers may be approved for students with a qualifying disability. The Scholarship will be good for three months, but may be extended if the school system continues to offer a primarily virtual learning model.

How to Apply
Families can search for child care and apply now. When families apply, they need to put Atlanta Public Schools in as the name of their student’s school. Call 1-833-442-2277 or email SOLVE with questions.
