Each year, Wesley hosts an event to celebrate Chinese language and culture with performances from our community. This year's gathering was adapted and held outside, and it was a wonderful experience to welcome Wesley families back together again.
The festivities began with a traditional Lion Dance performance in the Wesley parking lot. Then, we watched a video performance of our students and teachers dancing to the song "Super Idol." On the replay, students got up and performed it again!
Together, we watched "Wish Dragon," while families enjoyed food and snacks from Omni Flavas and Kona Ice. It was a wonderful community time of celebration! Thank you to the Wesley PTSA and Red Thread for hosting this event. And thanks to all the families who participated!
