Re-Enrollment
All returning students (rising 1-8 grade) need to start re-enrollment soon! As a reminder, all returning students must re-enroll each year to keep their spot at Wesley. Please carefully read the information below:
We are combining the Intent-to-Return and re-enrollment into one process for Wesley families. Instead of bringing your documents in person, everything will take place online.
Here is what you need to do:
• Step 1 – Start here.
• Step 2 – Enter the child’s name and current homeroom teacher.
• Step 3 – When prompted, indicate the intent for your child to return to Wesley for the 2023-24 school year by selecting “yes” or “no”. A separate form must be submitted for each child who currently attends Wesley.
- If your answer is “no” sign, date, fill in your email address, and press “submit”. Then complete the brief anonymous survey and you’re all set!
- If your answer is “yes”, complete the remaining fields when prompted.
• Step 4 – Don’t forget to add any siblings who will be attending for the 2024-25 school year.
• Step 5 – Submit your responses.
• Step 6 – You will automatically be re-routed to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to complete re-enrollment. Don’t forget to have your Infinite Campus Parent Portal credentials and enrollment documents ready.
• Step 7 – Complete your re-enrollment application (and upload the required documents) in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
Documents Needed for Re-enrollment:
- Notarized Affidavit of Residency Form (if applicable)
- Current Lease, Mortgage or Warranty Deed (must see address, name, and date on document)
- Current Georgia Power Bill (must see address, name, and date on document)
- Current Immunization for rising 7th graders only
Answering Your Questions:
- What if I don’t have access to Infinite Campus? Please fill out the following survey to request access to Infinite Campus. We will send Infinite Campus credential information to you directly. Only one login is needed per family.
- What if I don’t have access to a scanner to upload my documents?Check to see if your phone has a scanning function. Many Smartphones have the capacity to scan in the camera feature. If your phone doesn’t have that option, you can download a free app such as CamScanner. Look here for more details. Or you can take a clear picture and upload the documents if needed directly from your phone or computer.
All current families must complete the Intent-to-Return form and re-enrollment by Friday, March 31, 2024. Student slots belonging to families who fail to submit the Intent-to-Return online form and re-enrollment by March 31, 2024, will be considered "open" and are eligible to be filled through the Wesley lottery process. Re-entry will require that the child applies as a new entrant.
If you have any questions, please contact Donica Johnson or Rickeela Hudson.
