Our Wesley leadership is hard at work and eager to welcome our students back to school! Meet each of our amazing leaders below:

Ms. Satterfield is beginning her second year as our PYP Principal. She is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University and has years of experience in the classroom and school leadership. Ms. Satterfield is currently working on her doctorate at the University of Georgia. This past summer, she visited China with Georgia State University’s Confucius Institute. We’re excited about what she will bring back to our Chinese Program from her travels. “Forever embedded within my mind are the sites and sounds of China,” she shared. Wesley is excited to announce Ms. Goodman as our new PYP Assistant Principal. She is originally from Buffalo, New York and is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia and Georgia Southern University. Ms. Goodman has been at Wesley for eleven years, and we are enthusiastic to support her in this new role.




Dr. Mason is Wesley’s MYP Principal. A former Language Arts teacher, Dr. Mason has a strong history in education. He received his EdD in Educational Leadership from the University of Alabama. He has also taught in the educational leadership program at the University of Georgia. Dr. Mason is an avid Atlanta fan and cheers for the University of North Carolina in collegiate sports. Dr. Pullen, Wesley’s MYP Assistant Principal, begins his fifth year in leadership at Wesley. His career in education began in Teach for America, and he is a graduate of Harvard University and Emory University. “I love working with students in a K-8 school,” he says. “It’s fun to watch kids grow up year to year. Students I knew in Kindergarten are now in 4th grade!” Learn more about Dr. Pullen.



Ms. Johnson has been at Wesley for eight years. This year, she transitions to a new role, serving our school as Dean of Students and Director of School Services. Ms. Johnson has a passion for teaching and students. “Every child has the ability to learn and to be great,” she says. “We have the tools to help them get there, and I want to be a part of it.” She is a graduate of Agnes Scott College, Oglethorpe University, and Berry College. Mr. Marshall is beginning his fourth year as Wesley’s Executive Director. He is a native Georgian and graduate of Morehouse College. Mr. Marshall has a Master’s Degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He also traveled to China this summer and spent time with our China Summer Program students during his visit!
