Our 8th graders welcomed Chef (and Wesley parent) Todd Richards, an Atlanta chef known for his fried chicken. One of his restaurants, Richards’ Southern Fried, is at Krog Street Market.
He demonstrated how to make bacon grilled cheese and shared with students about his journey as a chef and restaurateur. Students were able to have a copy of his book “Soul: A Chef’s Culinary Evolution in 150 Recipes” signed. We were so glad to have Chef Richards speak with our MYP students!
