Wesley Welcome Day

Our annual Open House is Monday, July 30. Take care of all that beginning-of-the-school-year business in one stop. Meet your teacher, pick up your carpool number, fill out required forms, and more. You can get a jump start by filling out your Emergency Form online now! To keep the day running smoothly, we have different windows by grade. Please plan on coming to Wesley at the following times:

  • 9:00 – 11:00: Kindergarten – 2nd grade
  • 11:30 – 1:30: 3rd – 5th grades
  • 1:30 – 3:30: 6th – 8th grades
  • 3:30 – 5:00: All grade levels

Grade-Level Mixers

The week before school starts, we’re having an opportunity for children and families to meet others in their grade. As Wesley transitions from single-gender classrooms in the past to co-ed this school year, this is a chance for all students to meet their co-ed peers and for parents to connect. It’s an optional event, but we invite all to attend. All mixers are from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Dates by grade level are:

  • July 25: 6th – 8th grades
  • July 26: 3rd – 5th grades
  • July 27: K – 2nd grades

Summer Reading

All students K-8 have a summer reading book and assignment. Find the official list and more details here on the website.
